Blocking new clients from Buying new smartphones a rate
I passed from Vodafone to TIM to buy a smartphone (a rate), I did all the requirements and bank request approved, then when I come take the phone, the system is blocking the process, one shop called the customer service, and they found that as a new client am blocked to buy phones and I have to wait !!
Does anyone know how long is the waiting or who should I contact to remove the block, I tried to call 119 and they are not able to help. ??!!
